At the GNU/Linux conference held on November 19, two of our engineers held a
lecture on the topic of bandwidth management which already affects
almost everyone these days. Their lecture presented the theoretical principles
and the practical realization of network bandwidth management on a Linux system.
It was rated as the second best among the more than twenty candidates in the
competition for the Best lecture title.
